Timeless Love Birthday

I am back today with a sketch challenge for you from the challenge blog at Create with Connie and Mary.

The sketch has lot of possibilities as you can see!

I didn't stray too far from the sketch and I am still enjoying the big Annual Catalog as you can see!
Stampin' UP! Timeless Love stamp set. Watercolored flowers in blue, wisteria and mint. Floral birthday card. Handmade card by Lisa Young, Add Ink and Stamp
I used the gorgeous Timeless Elegance designer paper for the background and added a coordinating spray of flowers from the Timeless Love stamp set.

The flowers were stamped with Black Stazon onto watercolor paper and then I used Stampin'  Write Markers and an Aquapainter to add layers of colors. I wanted a bit of sparkle in the centers of the flowers so I added a dab of Dazzling Details in each one. In case you are wondering how I fit all of the flowers and leaves into the oval - some are fussy cut.

All supplies are Stampin' Up!

Stamps: Cottage Garden, Timeless Love
Paper: Watercolor paper; Timeless Elegance, Pretty Petals paper stack
Card Stock: Whisper White, Night of Navy, Mint Macaron
Ink: Black Stazon, Night of Navy, Mint Macaron, Wisteria Wonder
Other: Dazzling Details, Oval Framelits, Mint Macaron Lace, Corner Punch

Won't you join us at Create with Connie and Mary challenge blog? We would love to see what you create with this wonderful sketch!

Absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous! I'm in love with the cluster of flowers in the oval and the background paper makes a wonderfully soft and beautiful accent.

Very feminine. Love the lace ribbon peeking out at the bottom above the banners. Beautiful watercoloring! Stunning card!

Love how soft and floral this is and the black adds just the perfect contrast. I'm right there with you on loving the annual catalog, my wish list is still a mile long! ;)
