Hello Stampers! It is time for another challenge from Create with Connie and Mary. This week it is a Sketch Challenge.
Here is my card using Serene Silhouettes and Nature Walk. I kept wanting to straighten all of the layers. Lol. And there are tiny pearls hear and there on the bushes.
I received this catalog in the mail and was immediately inspired.

To make the flowers I punched a circle, added Sticky Strip to the circle, and then rolled the ribbon in a circle beginning in the center. Pretty easy to do.
ETA: I added the streaks of White to the background by using the Whisper White Craft stamp pad and swiping it directly across the Pool Party card stock (direct to paper).

Stamps: Nature Walk, Serene Silhouettes, Made for You
Paper: More Amore Specialty dsp
Card Stock: Whisper White, Basic Gray, Pool Party
Ink: Whisper White Craft, Basic Gray, Pool Party
Other: Big Shot, Lace Brocade Folder (still current), Designer Frame Folder, Basic Pearls, sponge, Sticky Strip, 3/4" circle punch (for rosettes), Pink Pirouette/Rose Red Two-Tone Ribbon (Spring Catalog)

Don't forget to check out what the other Create with Connie and Mary Design Team members have created. And I hope you will link up your own creation. I can't wait to see it!

Great inspiration from that magazine and I love how you combined two different sets! Gorgeous ribbon roses, too! Great job with the Create with Connie and Mary sketch!

Oh my gosh, the frames in the inspiration photo look like they came right out of our SU! catalog. What a great way to replicate the photo Lisa!

Your card has such a soft and elegant look! Don't you just love it when inspiration just walks in the front door?! LOL! It's amazing how you captured the look and then how you had the birds and branches included too!
