Sending You Love

Hi there. Today's card is a combination of two Stampin Addicts challenges. If you haven't heard of Stampin Addicts - it is a Stampin' Up! only website with a gallery and forums. You don't have to be a demonstrator to register; you just have to like Stampin' Up!!

Stampin Addicts Sketch Challenge #119 looks like this:
The Stampin Addicts Color Combo Challenge is: Real Red, Marina Mist, So Saffron, Old Olive.
My card uses the stamp set Easy Events - a set of 8 stamps each with a different image and saying. It is a perfect set for beginners or advanced stampers alike.

This card started off clean and simple. And then it began to morph into the card you now see. It just did not want to stay clean and simple so I am going to send it anyway. My youngest daughter needs some cheering up right now so I made it with her in mind. She is having car trouble - never fun, especially when you are on your own and 400 miles away from your dad. I get off easy because I know nothing about cars. Cards yes, cars no. One consonant makes alot of difference! lol.

All supplies are Stampin' Up!

Stamps:       Easy Events
Cardstock:  Marina Mist, Whisper White, Crumb Cake, So Saffron
Paper:          Just Eat Cake dsp, Red Glimmer Paper
Ink:              Black Stazon, Marina Mist, Real Red, Old Olive, So Saffron(tree), Crumb Cake
Other:          Aquapainter
                      Old Olive Ribbon and button
                      Linen Thread
                      Lace Border Punch
                      dimensionals
Big Shot and Perfect Pennants Bigz Die

Have a blessed day.

Great card Lisa! I know your daughter will appreciate it. Now you need to make her a "sending you a mechanic" card lol

Love the card! It's not often that I see a card that could work for V-day in non-V day colors! Love it! TFS!

You did a valentine card which is adorable. How did you make the chocolate kiss. Would love to make a card for my hubby.
Thanks for sharing.
