Happy Birthday Stampin Addicts!

   Stampin Addicts celebrated their 2nd birthday yesterday, February 22nd! If you are not familiar with this website for ALL Stampin' Up! stampers, you can check it out by clicking HERE.

  There are lots of Stampin Addicts birthday challenges going on this week, one of which is using the new Petal Cone bigz die to create a birthday project. The challenge can be found HERE. 

  I decided to use the Petal Cone die as the base for a Bouquet of Flowers card. Normally the Petal Cone die would be used to create something 3-D but I wanted to make a card. Here  is my card closed.

The Baja Breeze Seam Binding Ribbon keeps it closed. I used another new Bigz die - Fun Flowers, to make the flowers. All I did was cut them, scrunch them, and then added a Vintage Brad through the center. Lots of Mini Glue Dots hold the flowers to the inside of the card. I left the back flap up to give the flowers even more stability. That way they won't wilt.
