Not sure what it is, but when I have been thinking color combinations recently, the colors yellow, orange and red keep coming to my mind! I love red. Yellow and orange? Not so much. So I am not sure why this color combo?! But I decided to try it on a birthday card. And for good measure I threw in some Chocolate Chip as a neutral color.
First I made the card with the distressed designer paper (Pumpkin Pie) from the Razzleberry Lemonade designer paper. Then I used the stamp set Starring You because it goes so well with the color scheme! After I stamped a row of stars down the side I added the punched sayings and some embellishments - buttons, brads, ribbon, and a star punched from the aforementioned Razzleberry Lemonade paper.
This was a great card to showcase punches and embellishments. lol! And it will be perfect when I need a non girlie birthday card.
